washing hung out non ironing folded and put away, only 3 things in ironinng basket so will leave those till the trousers on the line are dry.

Frog alert. I've just dug out the manual for the gas fire and arranged the coals properly - they were disrupted by DD when she started crawling as she kept trying to bite them :o two and a half years ago

Morning everyone. Not caught up with thread yet. Went to Lxxls where they had radiator foil on offer. One radiator done so will see if that works.

Off shopping and for lunch with DD shortly.

Flying will be done on return.

    Hugs for everyone.

    • Unblocked the loo_pale_ (don't ask!)
    • Fed and walked Bonnie
    • Put the BM on as we're out of bread
    • Done 2 x WM loads (all Mr LW's stuff) and hung it out
    • Handwashed my two tops that I felt too rough to do before, also hung out
    • Constructed lasagne
    • Spent 10 mins using the infra-sound device on my wrists cos they hurt
    • Done a shopping list for Mr T's this afternoon (we need milk and I just used the last of the Qu0rn mince, so I might as well see what else we could do with while I'm at it).
I am now officially cream crackered. The trouble is, reading it back, it doesn't look like much.:(

Nothing done at home. Remembered I had a meeting with cardiac rehab nurse and another colleague at 8:45. Whipped home and changed then went back to work.
Between the 3 of us we have thrashed out an up to date angiogram leaflet for our patients.
Just need the cardiologists to approve it now.
Have also handed my telemetry booklet over to our manager. I did it in 2009 and it was just abandoned as was our cardiology dept. the 3 of us want to start getting something in place properly now.

Need to go to bed but DH has emptied and stacked the DW. MiL has come and collected some of her stuff so 1 carrier bag of gibble has left the house :D

ETA: Just read my post back and it sounds rather dull and is totally OT :o. Apologies :o. It is frog munching at the paid stuff though and is very exciting for me :). I've also just taken on a new (to our department) role as patient education link nurse. Ward manager laughed at me as I already have 2 link roles!
    Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.
    MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.
    2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Thank you for the biggest laugh of the morning, mrs-mp :D

Decorating in full swing here - DH is painting primer on the new stair handrails, and I have done about a quarter of the all-over coat of thinned emulsion to seal the new plaster in our bedroom. Just stopped to drink a :coffee: and rest my shoulder for a few minutes, but have phonecalls to make and must get back to the grindstone asap. We need to leave here at 1.30 so that means bacon and eggs at 1.00. I must remember to wash my face before we go to the horse piddle - I look like I've got white measles from the spattered paint  and might find myself admitted to an isolation ward :p

I set my laptop updating as I've been using DD's to watch utube videos while working. I started it at 9am this morning, updated it then started running a virus scan at 10.17am...its still scanning despite being on the fastest setting:eek: Its at 63% though so at least its getting there. So I'm tackling all the other jobs (except Christmas cards, I'll get them tomorrow when I dig out the wrapping paper for gifts already bought) and I've hit the stage where I'll be doing next weeks work. Oh well

    Work:
    Order due (no books)
    Find Christmas Cards to write.
    Prepare forms
    Prepare books
Write basic newsletter ready for Wednesday.

Time to dig out the books & forms. :D
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!
  • Afternoon flyladies :hello:

lozzy, my squint wasn't quite as obvious as yours by the sounds of things, when I looked up and right one eye would disappear, IYKWIM! But I too am glad it was sorted at age 4, I have enough self-confidence issues without being caggy eyed too :rotfl:

I've been at the paid stuff all morning, I've cleaned two utterly minging cooker hoods and have decided that they're almost as satisfying as using Oven Br!te

I have 45 mins before DS1 is home and we have to collect DS2 so I'm going to crack on with our bedroom. I've decided my bedside table is the biggest hotspot in the house and there's no one to blame but myself…
