Opto.. I just don't.. I will get him drugs and give him them but the rest is his responsibility.. and when I was really ill on Wednesday last week he was pretty good.. he did keep coming up to the bed room to ask stupid things.. how much pizza shall I give the children for example.. I don't care.. dump it on the table and let them help themselves just sod off! but he does that when I'm not ill.. I'd hate to be a man I couldn't maintain the misery

Just catching up via the daily digest for a bit, nothing is getting done for some reason. It's not flying out the baby or work. Have done some ironing and papery sorting. Also went to the bank to sort my life out lol, no immediate fix.
Hadplanned to fly in the pm but tiny had other Ideas, she's been resisting sleep by kicking helittle legs and swinging her arms about like she is running. Clearly tired though as one I put her on my chest she was asleep, after that I just didn't want to get I out of bed.
Will see what the morning brings.
Glad to hear that the cyst is harmless.
dustycan my challenge be to finish the bathroom please

Just getting this ready in preparation for later on today. I will *try* to do some when I get home in the morning.

DD has come home from school this afternoon with a huge graze on her cheek and it's all swollen after she face-planted the pavement on her way home from school. Bless her, it looks really sore :(.

ETA: deleted lists as transferred to Friday and wanted to declutter the thread.

  • caught up with some washing, got my own goggles from Specs@vers which is great as I have been having some me time on lappy for 4 hours without my lazy right eye getting tired on me :rotfl:

DS swimming decluttered, shoes purchased for DD3, HV home visit to check on DD4. Cheque written for nightmare builder ready to drop off tomorrow, then I can hopefully get back on with my life slowly.

Also sat with DS doing handwriting today, let him make a fort, complete with a throne, moat and drawbridge which has been tidied away in the small hours, so there has been some flying.

Going to aim for some sleep now, before I try and cross some more stuff off tomorrow
The cold never bothered me anyway

Had a day off yesterday. I did get a clothes wash done and charged up the scooter for today. CBT introductory appointment at 12pm so Mr TA are going for lunch, will be more soup and sandwiches than slap up meal but will be good to see him as won’t be together until Monday probably.

    Rachel021967, Roxy7699,MaddyWaddy – Hi

Optimistic-mummy - I’m glad MIL is trying to help but that was rather tactless. Nope you don’t sound selfish at all about OH. Give him a U owe I list for this week when he’s better (copious amounts of cuppa making, shoulder massage etc.)

Lamewolf – Mmmm parsnip soup, love it. Hope OH came back at areasonable time and that you are feeling a bit better today (((hugs)))

Natty – I hope you get an appointment with Docs at sometime soon. I know they are in a big muddle at the moment but maybe knowing you’ve got an appointment might help in some small way. Don’t look at the things you didn’t do yesterday, look at the things you did. I did an exercise in counselling for the bad days, write what you have done down. Things like getting out of bed, getting dressed, washing yourself , brushing your teeth and eating all count. Do you think it could be Seasonal Affective Disorder?

Decogecko – Sorryto hear about your boy. (((hugs)))

Boddy – how is your knee? Your furry boy sounds lovely. Never knew cats could cry either

    Jools57 – (((hugs)))

Fizzwhizz – Hope you are feeling lots better now.

Mrs moneypenny – So pleased it was a harmless cyst

    Dancemum – Sending(((hugs)))

Bossymoo – how about some Bossy time if possible for a short while?

    Morning all

Not done much flying yet this week but have been trying to keep it tidy. I had a bit of spare time today but my friend is back in hospital so I need to try and visit.

    Welcome MaddyWaddy

Hugs OM my DH is worst than all the kids when he is ill - pathetic is the best word to describe how he acts. Why do men shuffle when they are ill rather than walk?

    Morning all.

Sorry, not caught up with the thread properly, I think I need a second coffee today as I'm struggling to even type properly. So hugs, vibes, spoons & sticks to whomever needs/wants some.

I have a work today so that takes priority. I also need to get ahead of myself and do stuff I'd normally do Monday since DD is off then. So I'm just going to post my work list and anything else I manage to do will be a bonus. Hoping the rest of the cards I ordered from M00np1g arrive today, we're still missing 11 of the 24 we ordered on Saturday. Already posted one back out to the recipient.

    Work:
    Order due (no books)
    Update call book
    Find Christmas Cards to write.
    Prepare forms
    Prepare books
Write basic newsletter ready for Wednesday.
Shredding - part of the way through and is mostly work related papers.

I'll start work about 9am, so for now I'm gong to have another coffee and catch up on some of my utube vids.
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

OM, I felt like you a while back, a slave to everything and one, so I went on strike, I only did stuff for me and fed the cat, my washing, my dinner / meal, my shopping, it took I think about 8 days before the penny dropped, and I stopped getting, 'where's my clean shirts' 'what's for dinner' 'why has the cleaning not been done' 'the dw 's not been run' etc ~~2 decided to move out, as it would be easier else where, one left now pulls his weight!!

    Daily stuff done
    Bacon roll decluttered
Late shift tonight, so catch you all tomorrow unless I get to finish early xx
