Honey Bear Any chance of training Mrs Dog toclean the floor for you since she kindly messed it up
Not as daft as it sounds - one time my mother had a bad back, and the resident Border Collie, Robbie, was really bad for dribbling water on the floor whenever he drank; my mother would throw a cloth on the floor and swoosh is round with her foot, then Robbie would pick it up and hand it back to her.:o He also used to pick up screwed up bits of paper that my father used to throw at the waste bin and miss (too idle to walk across the room and put them in); but Robbie would put them into the bin.:o

Bonnie's been groomed; took me ages, but I think I've got all today's loose fur out.:D She "talks" all the time she's being brushed, it's very amusing!:D She'll be wanting her dins in a few minutes, so I'd better go and see about that next.:o

Nothing really crossed off the list today as its all been time consuming jobs. I've washed up, defrosted the freezer, done some paid stuff, sorted through DD's clothes then put 2 'grease marked' washes on, and I am in the middle of doing the shredding but going to stop for the night. Its taking ages as I shred for so long then do another job while the shredder cools down. At least I have a full binbag to put in the bin now. I'll start bag two either later tonight or later in the week.

Off to make tea, put a normal wash load on and do some more dishes. Hopefully I can get the kitchen back to normal soon as the dishes and laundry have taken it over again. :o

I managed to do everything I planned before the paid stuff yesterday and today I caught up with some of the LR jobs from yesterday.

Re dogs and bins - OldDog likes to bin empty so we've had a bin inside a cupboard for years now.

    Have a great evening everyone.

Only done the dailies so far this week. May have a little more chance tomorrow evening but doubt it as DD has cadets.

  • Please can I join. All I seem to do is clear the kitchen hot spots.
  • I only got the dining room table crossed off today's list but I did actually also tightening it all up, so it no longer wobbles :j

I got some of the jobs half done so although the list didn't shrink, progress was made
