    Hahaha, sorry Cathy ;)

Seriously though, I think I miscalculated my outgoings this week, so will have to put some back into my account. About £40 I think. Grrr :(

Yes keep inspiring us WTBSE, it is really good to have a support network

OK, so put petrol in the tank, paid for various DDs and SOs and my new total is now £1145.
I have learnt my lesson- THIS is what happens when I leave my meal planning and budget writing until the last minute! Although, It didn't help that Tesco gave me loads of salad that was OOD or close to OOD in my online order, and also they didn't have 4 things in stock :(
Anyway- back to my system of budget writing and grocery ordering on a Wednesday, to be delivered on a Friday.

Still a great total :T:) And, you know, we all make mistakes. £1145 is a real achievement.

Morning All. Another day, another dollar!

    Today I will:

    Go to work
Write my shopping list and meal plan for next week
    Clean my lounge

Thanks for the words of encouragement, they are much appreciated!

I need to write a plan for Feb pretty soon. I really want to stick to my budget this month. Ha ha. Haven't managed it once! :(

You'll get there with the budget, Cathy, I have faith in you.

Are you being realistic with it? It can be tempting to set it too low so that you have more spare money, but maybe up it by a few £'s for a month and see how you get on?

I need to write my shopping list and do the online shop this evening as I didn't get around to doing it yesterday.

Wrote my budget for next week, and should be able to save £110 approx. :)

    Hello Diary!

Another payday, and another amount saved. Today I put £115 into savings, bringing my new total to £1233.79 :)

Haven't done the online shop either, as the weather is atrocious! Going to eat up what we already have, as we have plenty. May pop out to get wine and choc later though :D

Have hopefully got some more hours from the agency (woo-hoo!) on a regular basis :) Happy days!
