Oooh they really get my back up! They have said that the application has been submitted and it is likely to be given and expected to be heared late 2014! and requesting a further stay. What utter rubbish! I have let the court know what the truth is, they should know anyway, most of what they say is C&P dept same as previous requests for stay.

We got an email today to say that Virgin are finally paying out for our delay. Signed the bank details form today. This is the big group claim with about 100 customers. VA016 Orlando-Heathrow Oct 2012.
Will help pay towards are flights this year - no, not flying with Virgin again.0 -
