Huzar appeal

Hi,
My CMC scheduled the the 4th June was vacated and stayed pending the result of the Huzar appeal. Am I correct in assuming that even if Jet 2 win the appeal Claimants will still be given the opportunity to proceed with their case. The reason I ask is that the defence submitted by the Defendant is factually incorrect on a number of issues and I believe that I have good evidence to put foward that the defence's stated version of events did not happen in the way that they portray.

You can carry on regardless of the outcome, if jet2 win then it is the status quo prior huzar, if jet2 lose then it will be a lot easier to get the compensation and no wriggle room from the airlines to use to avoid paying out. So basically whatever the result go for it.Check out Vaubans Flight Delay Guide, you will be glad you did....

I hope a transcript will be put on as soon as possible, saying that i would imagine that if Coby and co already know then the trancscript would be pretty much posted on the dot.
