Not having tea at your house:eek::eek:

The OH wants to put a brown and grey water system in the new house.... I don't think anyone will be popping in for a cuppa.

My husband owns one I think as he often goes off winter walking and climbing and sleeps out. Shame i never thought of locking him in the shed in his drinking days. However it would have meant sleeping in the shed almost every night! Towards the end of those days he came home in a police car one night ( absolutely blotto) and DS and I left him to sleep it off on the kitchen floor!!
We were talking about the drinking a few weeks ago and he told me he even had a short length of hose in the shed that held a bottle of vodka for emergencies. There was another bottle in the water butt.
Good we can laugh about it now as he is 6 years sober next feb

    That is great news

I so wish those asterisks weren't allowed!:)

    Right, no encouragement, moving on...

See. I can never tell, when you thank my posts, and that one has got 5 so far, whether it's the first sentence people are agreeing with (thanking) or the second, or a bit of both! That's the downside of when I put so many points in the same post!:D:(:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    [2] Hmm, interesting point.[/QUOTE]

It is part of being a mum. He is perfect just the way he is, but I would love to make his life as easy as I can!

Ultimately this is my need, not his! I need to remind myself of this often!!

    Hello

Hope everyone is well. Well I have not been to Sada for about a week, having withdrawal symptoms!!! Probably go tommorow for the jammys.

Anyone buying from Claire's Accessories for stocking fillers there are two codes stacking 20% off and £10 off a £30 spend, also free delivery of spend over £20. Might help somebody.

I've just got £38 worth of stuff for £20.80
