no, i'm quite a bit further north than you, which is a shame, but I promise if she does the bag, i'll post a piccy for you to see. it is a great idea, she reckons on doing so many a day, she'll easily get it done by september. you never know might inspire you to do the same thing with your mums buttons. :)

Here's one from my local FC today:

"WANTED. Hiya I am looking for a shisha also known as a hookah. If anyone has one I would love to come and collect"

For decorative purposes or smoking 'flavoured' tobacco's ???????

i'm back. lovely lady said i could take 2 tins if i wanted as she hadn't been able to get rid of them all, they are one large round roses tin and one large quality street tin (the mega big ones you get at xmas) full to the brim with beautiful buttons. some are quite plain (everyday shirt buttons etc), but some are so beautiful, glass buttons, and every colour you can think of, and i've only poked about at the top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they weigh a ton though, had to take them to car in two trips. can't wait to see daughters face when she gets home.

Here's button addict number 3!! I inherited mum's button tin when she died - big quality street tin, full to the brim! She inherited it from my gran. To me its a treasure trove of memories - they both cut off the buttons from clothes they were chucking out, and when I was little we used to go through it and she'd tell me what things they came off. I'd never part with it !!! Lots of memories in there.

    Wanted
Would like a candy floss maker, baby activity gym (were they baby lies
down under it)and a table top dishwasher, thanks in advance

OK.. the story here is that she's got a sweet tooth, is addicted to candy floss - needs to keep the baby amused while she's messing about making it, and needs somewhere to stick all the gooey spoons when she's done ;)
