Hi, just popped on to say a late hello!
Another day at work for me, I'm so glad that I don't work full weeks very often. I'm getting too old to be kneeling, crouching, pushing (on bikes), jumping around the hall (in PE), dealing with young children who are having tantrums!!! I'm only 39 but this week I feel much older. I think that the gym is less physical than teaching 28 three and four year olds! If I do return to teaching full-time then I'll ask for an older class as it will be less physical.
Tonight's tea was tuna pasta bake, salad, garlic bread and smoothies and it was lovely!
I'm off to bed soon so have a good evening.

    Hello everybody,

Going to bed early tonight as DD3 is having all 4 wisdom teeth out to-morrow and needs someone to drive her home, so I have to be ready when she comes at 7am...not really looking forward to it, hope she won't find it too painful. Pen Pin, hope that your appointment is successful and that you can get rid of the problem...have only had an abcess once and the pain was frightful.

Bon voyage Aussie Lass, hoping to visit Oz again over next couple of years, too big for one visit. Turns out that the wedding I was going to use as an excuse is going to happen in Scotland, not even sure when, but will have to stay around afterwards as no doubt there will be rellies swinging from the rafters then.

Did very little to-day, not feeling too sharp...woke with headache at 6, went back to sleep until 9 and didnt get rid of ache until about 5. Have started the planned reduction of my anti-depressants to-day, was going to use headache as excuse for waiting until tomorrow but for once did as I should...feel ok now, so looking forward to being drug free (and €85 richer per month!) have been warned that I will need to take reduction slowly so will do that, terrified of going back to how I felt this time last year.

OH decided to mow the meadow, sorry lawn, but it was so long that it was clogging the mower...but at least the back lawn is done only front ones to do whenever it dries up...not to-morrow from what I hear on forecast.

Deadheaded some more roses to-day, they are really in a sorry state with all the rain, they were beautiful. OH planted some roses to-day too...we bought them weeks and weeks ago, put them in a bucket of water and forgot all about them! They seem ok but we will have to wait and see what happens. Fruit collection this morning was four raspberries, 5 loganberries, one tayberry and a couple of dozen alpine strawberries...we sowed a packet of alpine seed about 5 or 6 years ago and now they are everywhere, which is nice if you're just out pottering and feel like something, usually some to be found near wherever you are.

Thriftlady, have already posted to your great thread on rationing, look forward to following it.

    Night all, sweet dreams

Dentist in the morning....thank god as my tooth pain is pretty bad.

    Anyway, Im off to bed.

Aussielass, have a safe journey home hun.
