I agree with you - sorry HRD123 for the attitude of some members of this forum (who should know better)
This person - merely stated an obvious fact - that the Ipad had been advertised at a low price and when ordered from a large and supposedly decent company, at this low price - I too would feel angry that an order (placed in good faith) had been cancelled (due to a mistake by THEM)
If I were you - I would write a (nicely worded) email to Currys CEO.

I suspect most of the orders placed were not in good faith, but chancers, encouraged by this site and others trying to take advantage of a price glitch. Out of this world price glitches usually end the same way, if people want to waste their and others time thats upto them, but there is no point moaning about bad customer service when they knowingly try to take advantage of a mistake.

Maybe - but you can't deny that it was Currys who made the mistake and that if you had seen it - and wanted an Ipad - you would have gone for it as well ?

I wouldn't actually, because it's always obvious from the beginning how it's going to end. It just wastes everyones time, and fills up forums with moans and false hopes. 55% of rrp for a newly released apple product is not going to happen

Things like this also become addictive, people buy crap they don't need or want or will ever use, just because it's a price glitch
