No, after the Sony TV price glitch a few years back, all online retailers have T&C that say the contract is only formed when the goods are posted. You'll have ticked to say you accepted the T&C when you placed the order (you may not have read them)

The case law is with the retailer, you're just wasting your time complaining to Curry's.

yes (no need for caps obviously looked like a error on site like i mentioned! fully expected it to be withdrawn but my issue was the conversation i had with a member of there help line who stated it was a launch deal!! thats weird, yes before highly strung people start shouting i know people make errors but that is actually making up a story not just not knowing??? i dont expect anything to be done just stating that it is shoddy customer care.

It is shoddy customer care, mainly because you are a shoddy customer and that's what you paid for.

never said i was i was going to write a letter, replying to the poor sod who asked you for advice dummy! and yes your correct the first reply was correct and enough but the pointless attempts at trying to be smart that followed make you look very sad and i would guess not what this site was created for.
