It just makes things easier for us, so that we can give targeted advice and avoid confusing things - is a reply meant for you or the original poster? That type of thing.0

Hello once again.
My appeal is due to be heard at the beginning of February and I have just been sat around waiting for the result. However I have just been reading the thread
N*pier POPLA Appeal Rejected - Initial Appeal & Response
I was wondering will this have any bearing on my case and is there anything else I need to do?
I know they are different companies and different circumstances but a lot of this goes over my head.
Thanks0 -
Have you received the evidence pack from the PPC yet?0

Hello,
I have received nothing other than an email from POPLA to say when my case will be heard.
Should I be getting more things? Sorry I have no idea how this works.0 -
Just sit back and wait - your appeal was good. The decision isn't binding on the motorist anyway. It has also been intimated that PCN (NW) were on the verge of being booted out of BPA when they joined the IPC.
The good news is that POPLA are hearing the case and the BPA will have to invoice PCN NW £27 for their ex-member:D
You should have received an evidence pack - but it has been reported that some don't even bother sending one to POPLA now so you will win by default anyway.
Alternatively - you could email POPLA and state you haven't received the evidence pack.0 -

Thanks and just contacted POPLA and they inform me no evidence received from PCN ( NW) yet.
Thanks Again0 -
If they have presented no evidence then your appeal will be upheld by default. Why would they bother sending any evidence? If they have left the BPA Ltd then they do not have to comply with any decision of POPLA.0

Hello and sorry to bother you guys again.
My appeal is due to be heard on the 6/2/2014 and just wondering should i be getting anything from POPLA other than a decision. The only reason I ask is when I spoke to somebody at POPLA when i lodged my appeal I was informed 6 days before the hearing i would receive the other sides " evidence in writing". However nothings ever arrived and when I have rang POPLA today the lady on the other end send I wouldn't get anything other than decision?
Thanks0 -
No shes wrong, you should get a copy of their evidence,
, that date is only a guideline ,Proud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0
