O2 raises call charges to off islands

If O2 didn't publish a specific pricefor calls to the Isle of Man, then a consumer could reasonably assume that suchcalls would be charged at the same rate as a call to any other fixed line ormobile in the +44 country code.
Similarly I notice that Talkmobile doesn't publish a ratefor calls to the Isle of Man or for roaming within the Isle of Man. Therefore aconsumer could likewise reasonably understand that such calls will not besurcharged above the basic rate for calls within the subscribed tariff.
The Talk Mobile T&C state
"UK" means the United Kingdom excluding Isle of Man and the Channel Islands;
So it would be hard for anyone to say they didn't understand it it when it's specifically noted in the T&C0 -
Good point, but given the lack of any published charge for calls to the Isle of Man or for roaming in the Isle of Man, Talkmobile would have a hard time imposing a cross-border surcharge.The Talk Mobile T&C state
