That someone should be you, it is there in the T&Cs so as our earlier poster indicates, the inclusive allowance usage was a bonus.

"UK" means the United Kingdom excluding Isle of Man and the Channel Islands;

So it would be hard for anyone to say they didn't understand it it when it's specifically noted in the T&C

Good point, but given the lack of any published charge for calls to the Isle of Man or for roaming in the Isle of Man, Talkmobile would have a hard time imposing a cross-border surcharge.
