Ooh, new thread, thanks KT2802 - I'll just declare my last couple of UUs for November over here then:

    47. Lush Miranda soap, about 60g - WBA, lovely fruity scent
    48. Lush Amandopondo bubble bar - WBA, a favourite
    49. L'Occitane Rose Petals Hand Cream 30ml - WBA, any of the floral L'Occitane shea butter hand creams will do me :)

Totals come to 49 outs, 11 ins. Stash for December stands at 86 items!
No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in January!
    UU: 5, IN: 2
Total Stash: 99 - ultimate target 33 (year start 99)
  • UU the bathroom soap and replaced it with the Christmas stocking soap today. Just ordered the Scholl foot filer thing on Amazon, fancied one of these for a while and after having a painful cracked heal for the first time a couple of weeks ago I treated myself.
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

Fiasco, how awful. I had that experience and all was well for me, may it be the same for you.

Asset, that's horrible but they have treated you so badly for years, it seems.

It's happened to me twice but it was a much better experience overall. I was eligible for redundancy pay when a local authority made me redundant.

I stayed on good terms with a charity that laid me off, (the funding for my job ran out) and got to do some work there again for a organisation that partnered with them.

They used a photo of me, teaching, taken on one of those occasions when I was at their premises working for someone else, on their 'Jobs at ***' web page though. Which I thought was extremely cheeky, given that they'd laid me off. I didn't pursue it, but I believe it confused a few people! **

    Right, back on topic.

UUs of Avon Rejuvenate Revitalising Day Cream 15ml
WIBA Possibly, but it's quite pricey for what it is, I honestly don't think it was any better than significantly cheaper products. I got it as the trial size was a really good price.

Second UU also Avon, Winter Cocoon Shower Cream.
WIBA? Loved this when I got it, though the novelty waned slightly, I swear the scent faded when it had been open a while. Either that or my nose got used to it.
The scent was sandalwood and vanilla, not that wintry, really, but now I'm on to the fruity/spicy winter scents for my showers.
There's a Dazzling Xmas Glitz shower gel to try too.

** Edit. I went on the charity's website out of curiosity. They are still using the photo!

    I have ins

Lancôme Dreamtone 1 - I have used/am using samples of this and really like the effects so after much deliberation I have bought a gift set with 3 other mini products from Debenhams. It had 10% off and 688 beauty card points which was the best deal at the time.

Dr Organic Coconut Monoi Moisture Melt x 2 - this was buy one get one half price and I really like this, it is coconut oil but has no added synthetic coconut fragrance it has some other lovely oils in to fragrance it.

    Morning ladies,
    Hope you are all well,

I have some uu's and in's to declare
Uu Molton Brown Blissful Templetree shower gel, wba, love the gorgeous scent of this and it lingers subtly on the skin

Uu Boots no 7 hot cloth cleanser, wba, does the job
Uu tesco pro radiance hot cloth cleanser, wba, very good and not too expensive either

    Ins
Succumbed to the recent Elemis tsv, so that's. 6 more products added to the list
Also bought l'occitane precious cream as I've used it before and loved the results I got with it
Another one who bought the magazine with the freebie Rituals scrub.

I am currently trying to convince myself not to buy the sensationail kit on offer this week, but I'm not sure I'll be able to resist

    Happy pampering, xo

I am so tempted by the sensationail kit too, two things are holding me back at the moment a) I have a huge number of nail polishes and b) when my joints are painful I can be a bit of a klutz when painting my nails. As much as I would really like this, I know I won't be content for long with just one or two colours:(:(

I used to take ecchinacea but had sort of forgotten about it, I have some, must check if it is still in date. Thanks for the reminder:D

  • SO MANY UUS!

I'm moving some of my stuff out tomorrow to ease the load next week at the end of term, and I'm really proud to say that I won't have a 20L crate full of toiletries (plus extra bits tucked in suitcases) to cart with me. I've used up so many things since the beginning of term, it's crazy! It definitely helps that I've been very tight with my visits to Lush, and hardly bought anything!

    Well done OO :T

Edinburgh trip was lovely. The weather held too. Now back home with a stinking cold and told by work that everyone has to be re-interviewed for their job as savings have to be made!!_pale_

Three INs to report (to gifts and one GWP) so I haven't responded to this news by hitting the shops (mind you I am not ruling this out yet :))

My bf has given me The Sanctuary Shower Cream and Original Source Vanilla Milk & Raspberry.

Also bought Glamour for the Kate Spade Nails Inc polish.

Hope everyone is having a better day than me.

Glad to hear you had a good time in Edinburgh but sorry to hear about work. :(

I have 1 IN eye gel to test.

I've mentioned on here how bad my work is and this week on annual leave being hassled. Well yesterday on my return was summoned to have a meeting with management, imagine my horror when I walked in and HR were there :( well I am being made redundant:mad:
Spent all last night crying, so upset. Our company is so bad, all they want to save is a few pounds. I've a week's consultation but they've made up their mind.:cry:

Sorry to hear this asset, that's a really unfair way to treat you. Look after yourself and try not to take it personally. Like you say they are trying to save some pennies and they are behaving like playground bullies going about it this way!

asset2004 and Fiasco huge hugs to you. X

I just HAD to come on and tell you about my first UU! :j

1 White Company conditioner 30ml. It was free, of sorts, when I stayed in a hotel. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to tell you about the corresponding shampoo. WNBA as it's not as conditioning as I like but I do have a couple more to use!
