Applied on Tuesday night got referred, received an e-mail asking me to log in and my credit limit is at the top end. Mind you I had just closed a capital one card a few days ago.0

Yea, I was cutting down the number of cards anyway and the cap one card. I think you're ok to have both so long that you match the profile.0

I have an existing Cap One card too, and am waiting on a decision on the LUMA. I wonder if there's any way to combine Cap One logins so I don't have to remember another username?0

Mind you, it's been nearly a week and I haven't heard yet, so they may be saving me the problem!0 -
Couldn't you have just set up another e-mail,e.g. yahoo, gmail, hotmail, and used that as the username for the new application?

Luckily my original Cap1 login is not my e-mail, must be something you could do in the "old days". The same e-mail is linked to both accounts. According to their web page you cannot change the allocated login.0
