I wouldn't go with a red or white car again because I was constantly cleaning them. I currently have a silver car for this reason.
Not sure what colour I would go with next time

Green unlucky? What's that all about?
I've never bothered worrying about colour, I just buy the car that meets my requirements. Having said that, I rather enjoyed the Tart Red of my previous car and have come to like the non metallic Silver of my current old car. I much prefer simple non metallic colours.Happy chappy0 -

What colour of car would you choose if you were changing yours? What colour would you not buy? I wouldn't buy silver because I'd never find it in a car park!!!
There are two sides to every story.

When I bought it mine was a bright shiny Micra. After it rained and I washed it it, it has now become a matt finished Micra:rolleyes: Looking back at the history I found it had lived in Jersey by the sea for the first 5 years of it's life so all surface shine was removed :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I think the previous owner must have polised it with shoe polish just to sell i. Oh well Jersey is a small place so it had very low miles, cost peanuts, is cheap to run and insure and goes like a little bomb:T :T :TDoing voluntary work overseas for as long as it takes .......
My DD might make the odd post for me0 -
ultra blue.........first blue car I've ever driven. Last car was british racing green and written off by a big lorry. Loved that car!!!!0

My main car is dark grey, although it's very nearly black.
My other car is a burgendy red, but will shortly be yellow on top, blue in the middle, white at the bottom, and black at the front and back. Honestly.0 -
My Punto is metallic Royal Blue
DH's Espace is sort of metallic black -Graphite, or something.
Don't you hate the way that cr*ppy cars aimed at women (Daewoo Matiz, cheap Fiats etc) come in nasty colours like frog green, diarrhoea yellow, raw-meat pinky-red etc complete with shrill zig-zaggy polyester upholstery and nice classy cars (aimed at blokes!) come in decent colours with nice understated upholstery?
Its like the manufacturers are saying " if you're so cheap, that you're buying one of these entry-level cars, you can damn well suffer it in vile colours, and we'll throw in the puke-inducing trim too!0
