  • hi jcd, ive been reading your diary and its great, just wanted to ask about mum n sis, are they still with u? i had to do that with sis n bro, i got advice, n was told to give bro n sis a letter each saying i was giving them 28 days notice to leave (i wouldnt have kicked them out - honest!!) they then took their respective letters to the council, and were classed as homeless/threatened with homelessness. even tho our council has very few properties(in a rural area), they managed to get flats each within the month!!!!

Hi madmoney, my mum aren't with me yet but they'll be with me in two weeks time unless they're offered a home by the council. My mum will be able to gain points for overcrowding along with still being classed as homeless (because they'll be just residing here on a temp basis). Thanks for reminding me about the letter thing, I had to do that to get the flat I'm in now x

I've still got more to shift, so I'll be taking advantage of Fee-bays half price listing day tomorow and push to see how much I can increse my current total by. Reaching the end of this is so close I can SMELL IT! Or maybe it's the found boots I'm smelling  Eeeeeeeeeee! banana.gif

    I have utterly amazing friends.

One of thoose friends has offered financial support to kick-start my first steps into propper self employment. When telling him about the plans I used to have about being a retailer on fee-bay, he offered his assistance. It isn't something I've thought of off on a whim, no. It's something I've wanted to do for years but every time I would go about the start of it, something else more important or financially crippling would pop up.

When I asked him if he was sure about it his exact words were "Don't be daft, I'd donate you a kidney, never mind a few bits of moneypaper."

Please don't worry about anything going awry with the situation or our friendship, if I didn't trust him 100% and if he didn't have the same trust in me I'd not even be considering this right now.

I'm off to have a chat with him on the phone.
I'll keep you all updated as to how things go x
