    you should have signed nothing.
what reason did they give you.

Was just about to say this. I am guessing they must have been very persuasive to get Yoghurt Queen to sign. :(

It is so easy for all of us to get carried away when there are such good comparisons.

I have never risked going over my £100 a month, but I know everyone's financial situation is different and it is not easy for everyone not to push the limits.

I am sorry to hear what happened Yoghurt Queen, it must have been awful for you. But it is a risk taking game we play at times.

Also waht about the APG'S you have now in your possession? or did they take them from you?

I still have 150.00 odd pounds worht in APGs. Didn't mention that to them. I'm going to have to send DH in to spend them instore. I suppose that's another thing I could ask head office about.

They gave me my APGs back (the ones That i'd been trying to use), with two lines through them, saying void. And gave me my receipts back. With writing all over them saying void as well. But I never got my shopping.
It was pasta. and Fajitas. Two separate shops. Both Apgs' were 15.00 something, (from cobras) and they said that they could not understand why I'd got apgs over 15.00 as there is a cap on them. ( they don't even know the cap is lifted).

  • I know i've brought it on myself, and I know a lot on here will say I told you so, etc. and I know I wont get much sympathy, but I'm truly gutted tonight. Really really upset. After shopping in Asda for over 25 years, I was banned today, with zero chances to explain myself.

Apparently, they have been monitoring (tracking) me, and I've spent OVER 1,000 in their store this month. I guess this could be true. Or close to the truth, I am too upset to make any real calculations.

But I'm very very upset. I thought id share this, incase it helps someone, and I might get some support of some sort. I feel like Carp. They say i've been banned for LIFE from EVERY asda store! And if I dare to enter one, then I'm trespassing. I even signed a form to say this.

    Any help appreciated.

are you seriours cant believe that

  • Its when he mentioned the word fraud that I got really scared and just signed the form. I didn't want the police to be involved. The manager was just plain horrible.

Don't stress hun. I am sure there is a way around this. You are one of the Elite, I am sure people will be along to give you advise on how to move forward from here.

I will not tell you you deserved it. I will not say you brought it on yourself. I will tell you to stay strong and don't let it get you down. Take the weekend to think it through and then give yourself a mission to come back fighting xx
