I am sorry to hear this YQ, I didn't get any snakes myself as they didn't stock them but think they are being sore losers in this, they must of known there was a "problem" but they still put the stock on the shelf all you did was to purchase it!!! is that not what it was there for, seems to be that as long as we are paying there over inflated prices all the time thats fine but as soon as we might be on the winning side they don't want to play, I know not everyone see's it that way and thats fine we are all entitled to our opinion.

I'm going to try to email head office. A poster on this site has already given me the email address. I was too ashamed to post about it earlier.
