I was on a ss, had to get the sa to input coupon, just showed him the wine I had in my bags
He eventually got a manager to override as he couldn't understand why it wasn't working

Scanned ok in all the T's I've been in, but does ask the SA to put the price in - perhaps that's what threw him? I always say, "oh, they're £1 if you needed to know the price" acting all helpful.
