Unless he's desperate to meet his (possible) daughter, I'd just tell him to do nothing. He's making efforts to contact her and try to sort things out but if she won't communicate then what can he do?

I'd just ignore her frankly. If a letter from the CSA lands on his doorstep demanding money, time for a DNA test. Until then, meh.

Get him to write a letter explaining that he's happy to take a DNA test but she needs to respond to his efforts to make contact and cooperate fully. Get the test done and take it from there. I'm not one for advocating solicitors but she sounds a bit dense (or perhaps just young) so in this instance something 'officially worded' might make her get her arse into gear and start communicating. Might be worth spending a few bob to get someone to write something on posh headed paper.

Seriously though. It's in her interests to actually respond to him isn't it? So why all the silliness? A cynical person would wonder how many other fellas she's trying this with but I'm not cynical

Desperation really isnt breaking up with someone while pregnant. I understand that it must have been a difficult time for him, but if you walk out on someone in the very early stages of pregnancy, I can understand to a point why shes making it tough for him to see his child, if it is his child.
