  • David E i dont understand why you have been so rude. I have only just received the information from BA ( after Vaubans advice )Therefore they have sent me this info saying they are not liable and that is why i have come back onto the forum.
After Vaubans advice i did contact BA stating if i didnt hear anything then i would be seeking legal advice.
i have now heard from them and that is why i want to know, can i pursue the matter or are they correct in their response.
I also need to know how i can go about lodging an appeal.
This is new to me and sadly i am not a legal expert or anywhere near that.
I do very much appreciate any positive advice offered on this forum.

There is no appeal procedure. You or a no win no fee must take court action.

I wasn't being rude; I was asking a question to see if there was something that you perhaps didn't understand and might want further assistance on. Maybe read what I wrote again.

I have looked at the FAQs and checked out the extraordinary circumstances. Unfortunately i am still unsure of a couple of points i am afraid.
From the reply i have posted above from BA outlining why my claim has been rejected.
Can anyone advise me if it worth me pursuing the claim as a result of BA's reply or is their explanation likely to stand up in court.
If it is worth pursuing and i have a good chance of winning then i will progress the matter.
    Thank you
