This is in reply to this email I sent >>>>>
Dear Sir,
I am writing to you about charges & a judgement brought against me by your company.
I've been told to ask you > what are you going to do to stop a damages claim against ParkingEye from a disabled person(myself) who has already suffered detriment, harassment and monetary loss, as well as intimidation and discrimination.
I posted on money saving expert seeking advice because of the unfair charges & now a court judgement against me by your company.
Please see the following thread concerning the posts.
I will be following the advice given to me unless all these charges & the judgement against me is removed & squashed.

Just an update to say that I've not heard back from anyone else via Email. It would seem the only person to take this seriously is paul pindar! Hummmm.0

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

They did that same reply to a friend of mine, it's standard. You could phone Rachel up as there's a telephone number on the 'Aldi Facebook' thread (unless anyone knows it).
Rachel and Laura at Aldi/PE customer service aren't known to be very nice so beware and be ready with your facts that you do NOT have to have a Blue Badge to be allowed a reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act. And if they don't know that, they need retraining.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I DO NOT want to give them my phone numbers. I don't wish to speak with any of them on the phone, as there is no proof of what has been said. I do not want to give them the chance to try to berate me or baffle me with bull. lol..no chance! I want everything in writing off these companies!
So I think I will reply to her stating this. I see absolutely no reason why I should have to speak to them or give out my numbers, even if they are going to say they are cancelling the PCN/judgement.
I've learned that lesson! Just look at what happened with the range, they verbally state they would get the CCJ proceedings cancelled & I end up with a CCJ! They would not give me anything in writing to state they had contacted PE to cancel. So no thanks, I want all communications done via email (& snail mail, if i absolutly have to) everything in writing. They are not able to deny what has been written, are they
Agreed?0 -
I would just reply to their e-mail giving them your postal address only, and tell them they must correspond with you in writing either by post or by e-mail. You don't need to give any explanation at all for not giving them your phone number.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
