Ohh boy...ummm I think I should also tell you I have a PCN for Aldi car park too, that was right at the start of this year but have not had any summons for that, so I was going to take my receipt for that day/charge and ask the store to get it stopped before it got to summon stage.
I have got myself in a real mess, haven't I, I've had so many other things to deal with in the last couple of years that parking eye was the least of my worries. So that makes it 3 PCN in total if 2012's is included, but only one of which I received summons for and now a judgement, the range.
Ok, all notices for the same car, Blue Citroën xzara 1.9 diesel reg starting GN02. Yes all are for my address which hasn't changed in over 20 yrs.
Car park 1, which was 2012, Southampton town quay marina. I made no purchases here. I have a link to the page but am not allowed to post due to being a new user.
I think it was September 6th 2012. this is the one I emailed them asking them if they would remove the charge as i was ill & unable to drive therefore overstaying. they replied asking about my blue badge, told them i didn't have one, they said i had to pay.
car park 2,
ALDI Southampton
88-96 Bevois Valley Road
Southampton SO14 0JZ. various PCN's only from this one, no judgements or summons (yet). I am not 100% sure when this was, I cant find all the paperwork as I can't remember where I put it, safe.. sigh. I do know it was before 'the range' PCN, I think it may have been February or April this year. I spent quite a bit in here and used coupons from the paper, there was trouble with the coupons and it took some time for them to sort it out and they had to rescan all the shopping again.
Car park 3, Southampton (Shirley) 230-234 Winchester Road Southampton SO16 6TL
this is the one I have a judgement over and the reason I started this thread. made purchase here spent quite a bit.
I forgot to mention that when i spoke to the lady manager earlier she said that when i visited the store at the time that she did tell me at the time it was down to parking eye to cancel it. which I know she didn't, my partner was with me at the time we went to the store, the dept manager was also there during the convo. she said clearly leave it with me, I will email them telling them to cancel & she took photo copies of the paper work, PCN's, receipt, & the summons. when I said 2hours where not enough time for parking & to get around the store even for a healthy person, She said they were currently arguing with parking eye to increase the time to 3 hours & that the only reason they had parking eye was because a lot of people visiting or working at Southampton general hospital were parking in the car park & customers were unable to park.
I think that's all.. have I forgot anything?? sorry about the extra Aldi one, thought I had better tell you. is it still worth visiting the store with receipt & PCN's asking them to get it cancelled.
Thanks

That's all fine, yes. And don't apologise for 'collecting' PE fake tickets for overstays when you are legally entitled to a reasonable adjustment of time! If ever there was a case to demonstrate WHY a person with chronic medical conditions should have their car reg on a PE 'white list' as exempt, then this is it.
The Aldi one - post a complaint on the Aldi facebook page, read this!
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4660007
And do the email as per Hovite's advice, just with a link to this thread and ask what he is going to do to stop a damages claim against ParkingEye from a disabled person who has already suffered detriment, harassment and monetary loss, as well as intimidation and discrimination.
Do that for now (Aldi facebook complaint and the email to the top guy at Capita who have just actually BOUGHT this notorious parking pariah) and we will plan the fight back for you by early next week, if PE don't step in when they read this thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Done, but I could not post to the Aldi page? So I had to send them a message.
My head & eyes are absolutely killing me now. I'm overwhelmed. I dont think I have forgot anything. It really has & is taking its toll on me, I need to take all my meds & go lie down in a dark room.. im knackered.
Thank you for all your help so far, I didnt expect much help or support when I first posted here.. how wrong I was.. thankyou so much... its given me food for thought over another matter I have tried to fight for over the years.. special guardianship payments I ought to be receiving for the past 8 or so years...but thats another story & a very long one at that...and also for another part of this forum, not here. Superb stuff C-M and [STRIKE]Mike[/STRIKE] Hovite.
Maybe it should be standard policy now to copy in this Pindar guy on anything PE related - queries, soft appeals, POPLA appeals, outcomes etc, etc, as Mickey Mac says he can then realise what a bag of sh1te he's bought into. And it ain't gonna get any easier from here on inPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Not a bad idea!!
But let's give the notorious PE the weekend to consider what's been said here, refund this lady's money from 2012, cancel the Aldi case, cancel the new CCJ as 'withdrawn' - and apologise, as well as put her car reg on a national white list immediately. If there's no movement reported on here by Monday next week I will help her and will run it by some friends as well for the best approach to the LBAs...it's half term next week so I am off work of course, so I can really work on this!PRIVATE 'PCN'? Ive just had a quick look at the range facebook page, and they appear to be a nasty company - here are a few bits from there:Tracie Ainsworth
Has anyone else got a parking eye ticket from parking eye whilst shopping at the range? I got one on the 9th October 2013 from the clacton store for going over by 15 mins. I am so angry to have received this and do not think its a fair charge. Is the range the landowner for this car park?
The Range Hello Tracie. Please be reassured that all guidelines are followed in accordance to the British Parking Association. If you wish to appeal against the notice you have been issued, please follow the steps documented on the Parking Notice and provide your Proof of Purchase where your case will be reviewed by the ticket issuer. Customer Service Team

Does the range in cardiff (Newport Road) have a limit on their carpark? Got a parking ticket when I was shopping in the store
The Range Hello Lilly. We would recommend that you take the ticket and a proof of purchase to the store and they maybe able to remove the fine for you. If they cannot help, please email customerservice@therange.co.uk and a member of the team will look into this for you. Customer Service Team.
Any company that allows parking eye to operate on its behalf should be ashamed, and should also be made to know that this is simply unacceptable.
Won a POPLA challenge against parking eye - and that store hasn't changed the parking arrangements/rules ( ie parking eye) then could that retailer then be seen to be negligent in some way? From the Plain Language Commission:

Hi all...checked my email. I do indeed still have the appeal email i sent PE from September2012. They replied via letter, which im sure I have somewhere safe???
As you can see they were made fully aware of my illnesses etc.
From:!lai g <lorraine*********@********l.com>To:!<appeals@parkingeye.co.uk>Subject:!Appeal against parking fineDate:!21 September 2012 16:20:38
To whom it may concern, reference number 570010/******
I have only today received a notice from yourselves of a parking fine!for the date of 06/09/12.
I do not deny being in the car park, I have my parking ticket.
As you retrieved my details from the DVLA, I am sure you would have also!been informed that the car registration number GH02 *** is Disabled!taxed, as I am registered Disabled. I have a great many illnesses, Fibromyalgia & Diabetes being the 2 major!ones that cause me the most difficulties.
On the date above, I entered the car park as it was the nearest and most!vacant. I purchased a ticket & spent the time in my car, for reasons I!will now explain.
I was in a great deal of pain & really wasn't feeling at all well, to!the point I feared I may pass out, this is the only reason I came in to!the car park, as I did not want to risk having an accident or get pulled!over by police for dangerous driving! I was actually on route home to!pick up my 9 year old son from school at 3.10pm. I had to urgently try!to make other arrangements for my son to be collected & looked after,!until I felt it was safe for me to drive home. I am sure you can appreciate that I had to make absolutely certain I was!fit to drive before I left the car park, I did not want to put myself or!other drivers at risk, but in doing so I over stayed the allotted time,!which I was not immediately aware of, it was only when I felt able to!continue my journey I realised the time had ran out.I was assured by the official attendant roaming the car park that I!would be OK, that should I receive a fine then I should explain the!circumstances & you would be understanding & remove the fine. As in his!words "its not as if you didn't buy a ticket, you were ill, they!wouldn't be that harsh"
Please may I appeal to your better nature regarding this fine against me!& ask for your understanding & compassion in this matter. I would be so!utterly grateful if you could please as a good will gesture remove the!fine from me & ease my worry. As you know I did buy a parking ticket,!you can see it was not my intention to illegally park. I am very sorry!that I had to park there at all, but I didn't have any choice. I am sure!you will agree that I did the right thing in coming in to the car park!until I felt better & able to drive home, rather than risk accident or!injury to myself or others.I am also willing to provide a doctors letter should you feel it!necessary to validate my illnesses or the fact I was very unwell that day.
Most SincerelyMiss L M G******** - owner of vehicle reg number GN02 ***

Seriously, you must follow to the letter, all the advice you are now getting from C_M. She knows her stuff on the Equality Act issues, and has the tenacity to help you take this all the way.
If PE don't read this and cancel everything as suggested, it will be a major PR disaster for them and their new owners Capita plc.
