At last, after a few days of "head down" walking, I finally found a single penny hehe In Chester Crown Court cafeteria of all places! No, don't worry, I wasn't standing trial just supporting a friend. Later walking the streets of Chester I gasped when I thought I'd struck it lucky for a 2nd time but only to be bitterly disappointed to find it was just a washer!!!

I found 47p in various locations around the university library, 20p in the Spar shop and 5p by the ticket machine at university train station.
