Went to Aldi last night and ended up fighting with a trolley to release the £1 coin stuck inside, would it come out would it hell, you should have seen the looks I was getting by the people waiting to get a trolley. :rotfl:

Anyway I decided to have another go on the way out, but to no availe, on the up side I did find 1p on exiting the store, so that takes Novembers total to £1.25.

I even took a detour to Asda to look for some WR, to which I found 7, but on getting home they ended up giving me zilch to add to my total .

Will keep trying.

And I've already signed up up on the December thread.

Can I sign up to December Hok3y if I am going to be away for most of it? (and January too!) I am going travelling, so I will continue my quest and take the roadkill challenge overseas! :j:j:j

Trying to pay off as much debt as I can beforehand, just got a few more things to ebay, a few surveys to complete and as much click-snapping, quidco-ing and field agent-ing as I can do in the next few weeks!

(For those wondering why am going traveling when I'm in debt, I only had my LBM a few months ago, making good progress now though :cool:)

I can't wait to see the totals for this month, but I think we all know who's winning

LOL! Go back there with some WD40 and a pair of pliers!!!! :rotfl: If it makes you feel better, I got stung at a bar in town with a 20p that was superglued just outside the front door. I have a hammer and chisel. It will be mine one night after closing! :rotfl:

Definitely stay in the game while you travel - you never know what you might find on your travels! And I am not unbeatable - all it takes is one lucky paper find and I'll be toast! :j

I have a total of 9p roadkill tonight, £3.20 from receipts through clicksnap and am waiting on checking some others in about 30 minutes.

You should do what I did a couple of weeks ago,chrisfreelander:I couldn't release a pound coin from a bank of trolleys outside ASDA a couple of weeks ago,so I went into the store and asked one of the assistants to help me release "my coin that got stuck".At one stage there was 2 girls trying to release it!!

For me today,a single lonely penny in the school ground.

My daily routine is going to take a hit so I likely won't have much, if anything, in wombled receipts - I am off to see Nickelback right after work so won't have time to hunt.....but I will send Mr HOK3Y out to see if he can uphold the family honour!! I am quite excited to head to a major city....I found money last time I was there and I figure a concert has to be a good opportunity......I'll let you know!
