Emma that blog is fab and hits the point home that I hope some of you are finding - it does get easier to find money and paper finds are not as rare as you might think! How absolutely fab is that!

27p in roadkill today and £4.95 from a single w/r! Few more to check and another walk out later will surely yield more!

Additional 2p from a quick walk round our local teeny Sainsbury store and a further £2.17 from a w/r. This could turn into a great night for w/rs!

So, I spotted my intended target from 2 floors up. I decided to sneak up on it unawares, so, I rappelled down the centre of the straircase, wearing full black so noone would see me of course, stopping mid decent when work colleagues came out and walked past, deep in conversation. It was a close call, because a bead of sweat was ready to drip off the end of my nose and set off the internal alarm, sending the building into lockdown.

Luckily, they passed without incident and I was able to continue until I drew level with my prize. I reached out, grabbed my shiney 5p peice and pulled the cord which allowed the motor to zip me back up to the roof, where I was able to make my escape unseen!

Ok, I spotted 5p, walked down a flight and reached over and commendeered it for my collection. £2.33 so far from Roadkill Rebel 44.

Additional 6p in roadkill and £1.57 in w/r. A further receipt to check but I'll do it in the morning and count it for today if it pays out anything. I want to go to bed! G'night Rebels and happy hunting for the weekend!

Didn't think I would have the opportunity to find anything today.As it was,I found 1p under the A-frame advertising outside local PO shop,then 5p in school playground,then another 5p INSIDE same PO shop.
Not sure at this rate I will be rich enough for Christmas dinner 2013,but maybe Christmas dinner 2020.
Now HOK3Y,on the other hand,has enough cash and wombled receipts to host all of us for every Christmas dinner UNTIL 2020:rotfl:

Haha SU I know I can't believe how much Hokey finds! And how many w/r lol our shop staff swoop on them at the first sign of someone leaving a receipt. Is raiding their bin going a bit too far??

LOL! Hey, if you are in the area let me know and we'll go a-hunting together! Yeah we are having a bumper month, no doubt about that but I couldn't help smiling over the bog post yesterday because it's an absolute representation of my findings also - it gets easier and you find more the longer you look!

Max, the staff inside the store do seem to clean up the receipts pretty darn quick - outside they are getting better but they are not perfect......and we are anal and obsessive! I had to laugh because hubby and I had a whole conversation about nicking one of the trash bags from the car park the other night!!! If it was easy to do, I would do it! I'd even put a new bag in it for them! :rotfl:
