Well I went to London yesterday to watch football and we took the long way round inadvertently which meant we had a lot of walking to do and a few different stops on the tube. Was walking at the back of our group so I could stop and pick up anything I saw without getting any stick from my mates! After all this I didn't see anything until we left the ground and on our way back back to the train station I saw a 5p but would have got trampled to death by about a 1000 people if I had stop to pick it up!
So after my day out of walking the streets of London I had given up and was looking at another day of not finding anything until we got in the taxi to go back to a mates for some more drinks. In the frame of the door was a £1 coin that looked like it had been there a while, I duly picked it up and had my first find since the start of this thread!LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

I find roadkill fairly often and the kids just love finding "a coin".
Yesterday I found 20p on a petrol station forecourt.
Does the £1 someone left in their trolley at Al*i on Friday count? It wasn't technically on the floor.
New half term starts tomorrow and I'm going to start walking the kids to school then onto work instead of driving - lots of potential "finds" there.

I'm really enjoying reading about all of the roadkill finds. I love that feeling when you find a pound coin :T
No finds for me yesterday when I walked to the local shops. Not even a grubby abandoned penny piece
I am determined to find at least a penny during my lunchtime walk later.Attempting to make £2021 in 20210 -

Yes, the trolley find counts - it wasn't yours to begin with and you found it outside of your home and/or car. Well done! I will add your rebel number to post number 8. Welcome aboard!!!I'm really enjoying reading about all of the roadkill finds. I love that feeling when you find a pound coin :T
