Fevlo, look on the floor all around the checkouts - especially self service. Also look on the floor around the sweets aisle - kids do drop pennies there a fair bit. The alcohol aisle isn't a bad place to look either! :beer:

She hunted high, she hunted low... it took a while but I found 1p!!! I had just about given up for the day but found it on my walk back to the car.
Had a giggle to myself though today, I heard a coin dropped on the floor, well my head swivelled round to look for it as quick as. Unfortunately had been claimed by dropper.:p

Good question but a weird one for me because I honestly pay no attention to anyone around me. I pick up the coin and keep walking. I don't look to gauge anyone's reaction because I just don't care! I have been this way a long time. Pennies are easy to pick up because you can declare good luck and anything else really is good luck! Most people will stop to pick up a 10p or higher if they spot it. Don't let others stop you reaching your goals - I am sure there were a lot of people who looked down on Steve Jobs at one point!! Let them stay in their negativity......while you increase your cash balance! :A

YES!!! Determination!!! I love it!!! I don't consider the day to be successful without finding at least a penny so well done for sticking with it. It will get easier and easier to find them as you get used to looking - my hubby is usually gobsmacked where I can spot them now! But it makes for some good, competitive fun!

Evening! Was quite gutted when I went to town and didn't find anything but then as we were getting a taxi home, we opened the door and found 5p sitting on the seat! so 5p to start me off today. Going to the pub tomorrow with my dad so lets hope some drunk people drop their pennies. xx
