I completely understand.
The issue I have is that I have tried on 12 separate occasions to say please help something is wrong and they could not be bothered.
It was only when I said enough is enough after sim swaps which they did, hours on the phone they said please let us look at the phone.
I completely understand that this may sound petty but 12 occasions to fix the same fault?? I think that I have given them more than enough opportunities to sort it out.
They recommended the ombudsmen not me. I did not want to go down this route but they said there was nothing more they could do.
6 months of no phone is long enough to request to see the phone. I have no faith what so ever. They way that they have handled it is appalling.
In fact I kept asking them are you sure there is nothing that you can do. At one point I was on the phone crying still nothing!!! At this point a guy said look if the phone does not work what good is it to us?Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -

The signal is awful where I live even though my old o2 number works fine.
I would be careful. The excuse they keep giving to me is that they say that they are 02 then they are not. My Tesco mobile will not work and my Oh who is on 02 works perfectly.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -

After three days without a signal I returned the sim yet had to wait six month to receive my money:eek:
I thought i'd test some PAYG sims before heading down the contract route again and I advise others to do the same if possible. Network coverage checkers are useless are in my experience
Totally agree, I am not sure if mine is a phone, sim or coverage problem but hindsight is a wonderful thing and if I had done what you say I would not be in the mess.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -
P.s just a quick update tried last night to text all my Beavers mums and dads to remind them half term no beavers, but no internet connection also no network so was left absolutely cut off.
Just hope that 20 little Beavers do not turn up tonight to find everywhere shut.Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A0 -

You say the sim was swapped by Tesco so would rule that out too.
The S4 has a reputation for dropping calls on some phones and some people report software updates being able to cure it, so perhaps try that first. It's not just about the money0 -
It's Tesco not Tescos.
It's O2 not 02.
I have had a sterling service from Tesco. Nothing wrong, nothing which will make me want to change the contract... ever.
Mine is a sim only.
You should have changed the settings to be 2G only for a while to see if it's a problem with 3G or the network.
If it stays connected to the network then it's a 3G problem, which could be a phone problem.
Yes I agree it's not up to you to find out what it is but these days the company is the last place to go to for help :P0 -

were they angry beavers? lolDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
