Onion bargies, samosas, bagels with cream cheese, cold sausages, spicy chicken wings, pate on toast, and a few dips to go with them.

I quite often just grab a few cup a soups and a flask of hot water with a few bagels to dip in, add a calorific cake and just GO!!!

If I plan it all too much then sometimes I get a case of the meh's and end up on the couch instead of the beach. LOL!

    I've been reading this post......inspiring!!:j
I like to take a home made couscous salad,
Red onion, roasted red pepper, garlic, stock cube, tin of chic peas, chopped dried apricots and when cooked I sprinkle chopped fresh mint over it, which really seals in the flavour....

We had a picnic lunch today. By the seaside. We had vege samosas, vegi sushi, fruit and crisps. It was lovely.
