Out: pork butt for pulled pork tomorrow

The half turkey carcass from a couple of days ago was slow cooked. it was the back of a turkey. There was enough meat to make a large turkey and mushroom pie, a turkey casserole using a Schwartz mix and there is still enough left to make some soup for tomorrow's lunch. It sounds a lot but the turkey did weigh 24lb and it wasn't the biggest one either.
