OUT: Packet of y.s. pork mince stuffing, saw a recipe for stuffed pattypan pumpkins, looked nice, so stuffed 2 halves of a small butternut, got distracted by a repair man, top of stuffing charcoal, after cracking that off it was seriously under whelming.
also a chicken breast for today.
Do I need it or just want it.

That's a shame the recipe didn't work out! I've done stuffed butternut before and loved it, so don't let it put you off having another go.
Out: handful chicken goyza to go with fresh things for lunch platter. Pasta for dinner tonight.

I do butternut squash with various fillings mixed with the squash, sometimes just potato with cheese on top. Sometimes a tin of mince and then potato and the squash mashed together like a small cottage pie. OHs faves always have cheese on top, he says very few foods can’t be improved with cheese 😃😃😃
    Out sausages

A bolognaise works well to stuff a butternut squash too.
