Not posted for a few days as had family staying as I remember it
In: LO cooked chicken, tattie scones, lorne sausage
Out: Salmon portions
Used up: Various LO BBQ salads, LO BBQ steak, bacon, HM salad dressing0 -
I didn't do my usual weekly online shop on Friday, so the fresh stuff is a bit sparse. Still plenty in the cupboards and freezer!
Last two days:
In: nothing
Out: Basmati rice, 5 chicken drumsticks , 2 sad peppers, 1 depressed cabbage, 3 bendy carrots, ancient tin of black beans
Used up: Gorgeous pear jam. Sad to see it go....0 -
In - nothing
Out - mince, one onion, mouldy carrots, 3 more ice creams, one tub of bolognese from the freezer to go on a jacket tomorrow.
Tomorrow out will be a tin of soup, need an easy day!

Been doing good this week, we finally have some space in our freezer, OH is happy as that means I can buy him a pie.
Used up an entire bag of spinach without wasting any which I shamefully don't think has ever happened before.

Used up: end of a tub of HM Hummous, pickings from a chicken carcass after making stock. Some of the chicken stock and pot veg along with the pickings & frozen veg used to make a small pot of cream of chicken & veg soup:)0 -
