I GOT THE JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :j
Happy doesn't even begin to describe it
They are prepared to wait for me to start as I will be allowing one of the directors to prepare for early retirement, so it's just down to my first individual redundancy consultation meeting tomorrow to see when I am due to leave. All stress about that is over and I can say whatever I want :rotfl:LBM 10/1/12 ~ DFW Start 6/2/12: £82,344 ~ Now Zero:staradmin:starmod::staradmin Debt free 17th April 2015 :staradmin:starmod::staradmin

Well Done TTFTM xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -

That's fantastic news!!
Now remember to retain your dignity and don't lower yourself to that of your (soon-be-former) employers...fingers crossed they are decent and let you go quickly with your full entitlement without quibbling

Wonderful news TTFTM well done :j
It's been a strange day very wet but warm, 17 degrees this afternoon
Picked up DGS from school and spent a lovely half an hour in the park, then met his mum and picked up four of her boxes, four less for the move on Friday.
I managed to pick up some wheat free bread, Sainsburys own which is edible, still expensive but not quite as bad as some. I still need to work out how to make something edible from rice flour.
My knees have been terrible today so feel like I've been dragging myself around. I try to ignore them generally but they are so painful and seem to be worse when it's wet, no idea why.
I don't know if its because I've stopped eating wheat but my appetite seems to have reduced dramatically. I usually have a great appetite but really haven't been fussed the last few days. Long may it last:rotfl:
Going to watch Tom Kerridge now, if he doesn't make me feel hungry no one can.Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

Fantastic news TTFTM - so pleased for you.
Tell us though what did you wear?!
Busy after work today, sorted out DS2s stuff and packed it away, feel better now that's all sorted.
Struggling with DDs new working hours, she doesn't finish till 7pm and then has an hours travelling home so tea now isn't till 8pm which I think may be a little late for me!
Going to have an early night if I can, work fair wore me out today!
Take care. XX0 -
TTFTM - Congratulations!! What a relief for you. Did you wear the suit or new skirt?0

Have you tried Doves wheat free GF flour? My SiL is WF/GF and she uses this. She generally does without, but on occasions she "needs" bread/wheat products, she has those from M&S which she says are quite reasonable.
If its any help, rice flour can be used in shortbread - makes it a bit "sandy" in texture but lovely and crisp!0
