if it's gone from yesterdays list, it's done. Very proud of my cupboard now, it looks fab and the storage space is great! Took a little longer than expected, luckily I was able to talk the BF through how to make tea (bangers and mash) so I saved myself one job.
Will get home from paid stuff about 5ish and do a bit of flying while making tea, have to pop into the city for a few jobs then carry on flying when we get home!
Have a good day all

Hmm. All this talk of scrapstores has made me look up our local one. I foresee much *flinging* in their direction. Good.Better is good enough.0

Wendy.. that is the part I hate most about losing a fluff... I'm usually really upset a couple of days then the other cats notice as the smell starts to fade and start looking for them and that really upsets me.. such a simple thing but I have found allowing them to see their friend has departed helped mine hugely.. it helped with the rabbit too.. when the first one died he was removed very quickly from the cage when the next 2 died they stayed in the cage a little longer (one was overnight and the other was at some point over a weekend we weren't at home)and the others were far more settled and ok with our loss. (((hugs))) to you though it is very sad.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

Never mind, have made a gentle start, need to brush and scrub the kitchen floor, it looks like the cat and DD ate off it last night! At the moment the plan is to do not a lot else today, but maybe I will come back to life later!RIP Iain

Dustykitten wrote: »LW you are worth making it for, not only are you lovely but you find shopping an unpleasant experience and you have the materials. I get it I am dreadfully at me time, ok having a cuppa with people as that is sharing time with them, but not say sitting and reading in the daytime. I think you could aim to have the back finished by the end of November.LW.. I have never made anything for myself!!!If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

DS wound me up with an attitude filled tantrum as the bank of mum is closed and I wouldn't give him any money, am seriously unimpressed by his frequent refusals to go and sign on now he's 18, or actually look for a job, so I have finished the kitchen, and the bathroom, dusted the living room and cleaned my couches, hoovered the living room, my bedroom, DDs bedroom and the hall and stairs. The washing machine is sploshing and I am typing in a temper. He is on the edge of being asked to find alternative accommodation again, the last time he was asked to clean his pit of a bedroom but preferred to spend a week sleeping on friend's sofas before grovelling and coming home. I wonder if he will ever realise that nobody can live on fresh air!!!!!! .....and breathe......RIP Iain
