Homemade gift ideas for not so crafty people!!!

Pick a gorgeous smelling shampoo, liquid soap etc and add a small amount to a bowl of sugar. That is it

How long does it last? Does the sugar dissolve after a while? They look fabulous and I'm wondering how far ahead I can make it!

Well so far I have made strawberry and blackberry vodka, and at Xmas I plan to make some cranberry vodka which I made last year and was lush!! I'm going to make some sugar scrub and I'm going to try those after eight mints because they look lovely!! Xx

I love the bags! Is the 'let it snow' topper actually part of the bag or was it a template printed and added?

Another good idea is Christmas cake made in scrubbed out tuna fish cans or small baked beans tins. I covered these in brown parchment paper and red ribbon

Hi, I used double sided sticky tape. I cut it lengthways to make it extra thin

Strangely enough the sugar doesn't dissolve. I had an extra jar that I kept for myself and I had some left about 3 months later and it was still fine

Hi, I just cut it from card using some of the childrens shaped scissors we had (if that makes sense). And I used a Christmas stamp on it and stuck it to the bags with double sided sticky tape

I forgot to say, my favourite so far is Werthers vodka. Oh my, its good :rotfl:Every year I say I'm going to make an extra bottle for myself but I never do!

OP, I forgot to say if you have any children to make for, sock monkeys are always a good idea too. Or a keyring with a little stuffed figure/animal etc
