My gran passed away last week and I have just been given her big, fluffy dressing gown and I have had it on in the house all day, it's not something I do as a rule but I feel it will be going forward. Also wouldnt get far without my lunchbox and small flask, espesh in this weather. My mahoosive freezer is the biggest money saving thing ever! I love reductions.Littlewoods £10 Very BNPL £234.42

I have a fleece dressing gown too - bough a size bigger to cover everything.
Also I like having a fleece zip up top that is a size too big so if I'm cold that will fit over another fleece and jumper.
Hot water bottles - cozy for in bed or on settee.
Also sleeping bag on settee in winter to wrap up in. Can also go on top of the bed i the very cold weather.
Small table top oven - I only use the big one on Christmas Day.
The quick 30 degree wash cycle - used for most things unless hubby's dirty stuff.
Huge chest freezer as we live in country and can stock up on frozen food and just do a fortnightly Tesco shop.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -

Our woodburning stove - it does the hot water as well and still outputs enough heat to warm up the entire house if we leave all the doors open. Thanks to having a bit of land with the house we can get a lorry-load of treetrunks delivered at a time. The last load cost £550 (I think it's up to £850 now though) and has given us about 6 years of heating.0

Oh for me definitely own brand crackers which I use to replace any meal I am short on. Like for brekkie if I've run out of toast,
Lunch if I've nothing in or need to eat quick, instead of my bag of crisps if I am hungry, supper or tea ! Even quick snack for visiting workmen if needed.Debt -it's a fight that I'm winning, dealing with debt one day at a time.

This is a brilliant idea Sazzie - I love crackers but don't often think to buy them. I'm going to stock up!!:money:£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[
