You won't get a reply. This is the normal procedure for this user. He makes claims, gets asked to back them up, then will reply with a post berating MSE users with 3-4 words in capitals. Next stage is to call you a TROLL and squealing PERSONAL ABUSE. See the thread about a tablet found in a yoghurt for the latest example

So, as we're off topic and going to stay here, to classify for anyone still reading who was confused -

E-cigs (all brands unless we get a post excepting the rule) make vapour and atomised glycol/glycerine particles. Most also contain nicotine and flavours. Those with flavours may carry a teensy aroma, but significantly less than someone chewing a wine gum or tic tac.

It is possible to DIY fluid very cheaply with a bottle of glycerin from the chemist and adding about 10-20% water. No nicotine or flavour are essential. It'll produce clouds of smoke and less of a 'throat hit' than a commercial one, but fully functional and mere pennies for a bottle full. Great for those who smoke for habit or to do something with their hands, or can also be used to cut a strong nicotine liquid into weaker ones cheaply, or cut down and down until on 0% nicotine.
