To be honest Kerry, she sounds like she is going to be a right royal pain in the nethers!
If it was me, I would tell her to send it back and refund her. For the sake of £30 it would be a relief to get rid.

Of course she must send it back recorded delivery to be covered with paypoo!;)

Tell her that it is impossible, and as far as you are concerned this is over and you will not be refunding her. Tell her she is welcome to appeal to ebay, but you will use her emails, showing she is lying, against her.

Tell her to get a bl**dy life. It's second hand for god's sake and you have given a clear and fair description of it, as well as pics.I don't think you owe her anything.I'd let her do her worst.

the new spares i bought for it cost me £14.00 for the attachments and £6.49 for the buggyboard strap so i never hardly made any profit.. she got the buggyboard for £4.00 really then she had to pay postage.. she is the winner really..

TBH, I'd have been a bit wound up by you mithering me for payment and emailing to say you were going to report me to ebay for not paying ... after just 3 days. Not everyone sits at there computers all the time or logs on everyday.

However, I wouldn't have left a neg, but not a positive either.

Neg her back, pointing out that description stated 'is scratched' and 'in great condition for age' and photos clearly showed condition. make some snide comment like "avoid, buyer does not read descriptions".

people can follow it through to the item and see who is at fault! I bet she will soon ask to mutually remove...
