I have looked at the listing and as I only use ebay to buy at the moment, I feel that if I were looking at your listing I could see from the pics that it had scuff marks and also read that it was marked. So knowing this I would have bid knowing the condition and excepted it. All I can think of is that they have got funny because you asked for payment. But saying that until this week I only paid by cheque and would put the cheque in the post within the hour so they would get their payment asap. Just try e-mailing and sorting it out between you, as this could save both of you time and money in the long run. Thanks for any help and advice given

this message is from customer.
see you from kerry..
She's wrong, you didn't describe it in 'great condition', you described it as 'in great condition for its age'. You could try emailing her back and pointing this out?
She does admit it's halfway her fault for not looking at the picture - I'd try meeting her half way and say you'll refund her winning bid but not the P&P if she returns it to you.

The item description also states that the board is scratched. As said earlier, I wouldn't refund, as this one's down to the buyer not reading the description properly and not looking at the photos. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

I wouldn't refund. You'r description was clear and the condition of the board could be seen in the photographs, why should you be out of pocket on p+p and ebay fees. Kerry, as it's not your mistake, I would minus the ebay and paypal fees from her refund, too. You should not be out of pocket due to a buyer who hasn't bothered to read the description properly. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

If you do decide to refund make sure its sent back with a tracable method. Or that might be the next prob you have. But as I said before reading your listing you did state the condition and had enough pics showing the item. Thanks for any help and advice given

i have sold a few buggy boards in the past and they do get scratched from use, i have looked at your listing and i think you have described it fairly and have put plenty of photos for her to see, i wouldnt refund, even if you do refund i think you have a high chance of her leaving you a negative feedback, personally i wouldnt refund and i would add her to your blocked bidder listIf you want the rainbow you have to go through the rain.
