first ebay complaint from customer , please help !

I wouldn't refund anything. The item is described accurately and the photos clearly show the damage. The buyer has admitted that they did not pay due attention to the listing.

The buyer has no leg to stand on here, I wouldn't offer them a single penny.

so if i dont give this lady a refund , what will happen do i contact paypal or ebay.. what do i say to her , im dredding this because its my 1st complaint.. will she leave me negative also she says she is going to post it back to me monday..

i would just email her and firmly say that you believe the buggy board was described correctly and that the item that she recieved was the same as photographed, that you feel that her oversight by not reading the listing properly is not your fault, put it politely but firmly

you do not need to contact paypal or ebay, only if she opens a dispute

i really wouldnt worry yourself over this to much, everyone who sells comes across people who moan

make sure you block her

also just a bit of a tip for the future just incase this is her backlash from the emails you sent about payment, i tend to wait the seven days if someone doesnt pay and open a dispute as i sell a lot of baby items and know how busy people can get when they have small children

I wouldn`t refund and she admits herself she hasn`t looked at the photo`s properly.

Did you? There will be a timed history of revisions, so ebay will be able to see if/when you revised against the timing of her bid. Point this out to her.

edit: Sorry - miss read!! What a stupid girl she is!!! Does she not realise you can't revise once you have a bid, or in the last 24 hours? Tell her you will use all her emails to support your case should it go further.

no my revisions were on the 30th may and the buggyboard sold on the 6th june..

I dont think it is possible to revise the description once you have a bid...only add to it. The time and date of the revision is clearly displayed.

i emailed back as soon as she sent the message to say you cannot revise once its sold and that you cannot revise once there is a bid , she has not emailed me back as yet .
