See my sig for my finds to date. 'Pickings up' have got very thin on the ground these days here - a sign of the times I think.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0

I walk around a lot as part of my work.I found 26p today. Sometimes I find nowt , sometimes 20p - 30p, sometimes a pound coin even.

I recently found £20 in the supermarket, it was on the floor, poking out from under a bottom shelf. It was 2 x £10 and I only saw it because I was having to bend right down to buy the cheapest supermarket own brand product. I had only just gone out of my way to help an elderly couple minutes before finding the money, and they had said how kind I was and I jokingly said it was my good deed for the day. So yep it did seem like it was good karma and I certainly felt blessed, lucky or whatever you want to call it.0

I usually find a few Pennies every now and again....Tube Stations are VERY good for coins....
I also find that Fast Food places are great....people get a penny in their change and leave it on the Counter...I just pick it up and give it a good home
I also love the Stories about Karma....0 -
I found £60 in the rubbish bin in the Post Office once. The bin was just under the counter. I gave it to the clerk and she said it was pension day and she knew the elderly person who must have dropped it. I hope it found its way back to them.
I wish I had a Karma story to link to this but I don't!0 -
Trains can be good - I found £15.00 in the aisle once and held it up and said loudly "Has anyone lost any money???" No-one said a word, so still being too honest for my own good handed it in - had to wait 3 months and then got £13.50 as they said they had charged an administration fee!!!
A few weeks later I narrowly missed a £50.00 note on an empty seat that another passenger had found before me.
I found a £20.00 note on the bank steps - think it may have been a market trader banking his takings - once again handed it in and this time was allowed to have it fully intact after a fortnight.
My mum has always been an expert at this - she found £130.00 once on the floor by the tills in Sainsburys and successfully claimed it after a couple of months. She always saved all her finds in a separate purse - we'd empty it out every now and then and there would be around £7.00 in oddments.£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

I'm up to 57p in two days, from the following places:
1p in bank counter
20p on train platform
20p on side of pavement
1p on toilet floor at work (washed it obviously!)
5p on station entrance
10p under train seat - had to dive for this one!!!
If this keeps up it'll be about 1% of my debts paid off each month for free!0
