ivfmummy, I hope you're putting in a chargeback on your card or a paypal claim. One month is excessive, I wouldn't wait around any longer for them to put this one right!

Was about to say the same....if so ethi g takes longer than 2 weeks to arrive and you're not getting a response I would worry. Been stung 3 times for buymg, not receiving and discovering company has gone into administration.

I have received my order but instead of getting pads to go with my roller blades instead I got a pink helmet. The roller blades packaging is filthy. Won't be shopping there again.

My second order has been largely refunded without notice as stock not updated on website. I emailed asking to cancel the remainder as I'm not paying P&P for a few bits I don't need. The order has duly been dispatched with no reply...

Won't trust again either, I'm afraid.

I paid with paypal luckily so I have opened a dispute and have no response from them.

Both of my orders arrived with no problems. I ordered four of the shelves for the hall, which was cheaper than buying wood, pegs and paint for a coat rack. Plus some Santa presents.

Got a reply to the first email I sent today. So 17 days for a reply. They've refunded for the incomplete item. Would have liked a replacement really but it's not on the website anymore so presume they won't be getting more in.

Im sorry everyone seems to be having such a bad experience, seems I was lucky.

I ordered a BBQ grill playset on Friday evening, received an email confirming that the order had been despatched on Tuesday with a separate DPD email confirming tracking number etc and an expected arrival time of between 12.34 and 1.34, and even better it arrived exactly within that time.
