I ordered some toys from them end September delivered with no problems really quick packaged well no damaged boxes etc, I thought service was really good am surprised people have had problems0

I placed an order on 26th September, dispatched on 8th October, well packaged and all items present. Haven't needed to contact customer services, but fine enough experience apart from slightly tardy dispatch time.0

I placed quite a large order when this sale started, everything arrived just fine. I've never had any problems with Letterbox, it's a shame some people seem to.0

As it states on their facebook account, they removed their phone answering service (will be interesting to see if this is back up) and they never answered any of my emails so I wouldn't entirely rely on what they say about their 'dedicated customer support'.0

Took 3 weeks for my order to turn up and when it did it was only 1 of 3 items, they had cancelled and refunded the rest without telling me. They ignored emails and their telephone number didn't/doesn't work.
I won't be using them again.0 -
Wouldn't be shocked if the company shut down . . Use PayPal just incase0
