So it seems they are getting the orders out quicker this time but still aren't bothering replying to emails. The phone number has a message that you have to email them. I'll email for the third time on Monday which will be 2 weeks since the first one. I'm thankful it's only a £9 item and i'm tempted to just chuck it out but i'm that annoyed with them i'm not going to forget it. I usually order from Hawkins every Christmas but not this year!

I tried to order some personalised pencils but they don't do them now. I e-mailed them and they have said they use this company pandapopandbear :T

My 4 shelves arrived today :j along with a Denby dinner service that i didnt order :eek: my son took delivery no idea where the dinner service came from but its really lovely...do i have to tell the delivery firm that they have given me an extra parcel?

LOL... was it addressed to you, this dinner set, or delivered in error?

We have had problems with people trying to deliver us parcels for maybe three months now with our address on them, but someone else's name. We keep turning them away, but I did some online reading about people who use your address as a scam, so last week we accepted an item and we have been sat waiting now for someone to turn up and claim it as theirs so we can get to the bottom of this... so far, nothing!

No problems, with my order all arrived very quickly.
Although I do agree that emails are not responded to.
