I have had no problems with them at all. I was the person that posted the initial sale thread, I was lucky enough to receive all my items. I ordered the fire engine play tent that they reduced from £199 to £50 at the beginning of the week and it arrived today. I think they were overwhelmed with the sale! Hopefully they have learnt from the mistakes this time and if they stay open, they can continue with better service.0

Thought the prompt delivery was too good to be true...and it was! Seemed a bit odd that the kitchen went out of stock on the website and then was in stock again the next day. Obviously they don't know what stock they have.

If you log into your account with Letterbox and click on your order details, you might find there's a tab that says refunds (I think). On my first order I did this and found this tab where it showed what was OOS from my order. My second order had nothing that wasn't in stock and therefore I just had the order details / invoice tab. Hope that might shed some light!0

Hi LooyLooe, there's no refund tab for my order, though I did have one on an earlier order they couldn't completely fulfill. So maybe it might still arrive, that or they haven't got round to processing the refund yet.0
