FLYMEET IN 2 WEEKS!
Tuesday 29th October
Birmingham
Meet around middayFurther details to follow...
One bit of glum news- might not now be able to come to the Flymeet. Finanaces and personal life are intruding rather heavily ATM, so all I can say is - watch this space ...... If I can't come, hope you all have a good time.
Last week's flying - to quote my old school reports "could do better!" Did little bits of dot-to-dotting, but again, the f & pl rule decided to enforce itself. Hope to do better this week.
Hope to post later in the week.

You can tell DD2 is feeling a bit better as she's currently playing GTA3, wrapped up in a blanket on the sofa.
I've been pottering all morning, done some bits off the list and changed the cat litter trays, put away some tools that I never remember to do. Also de-junked and cleaned the top of the fridge freezer
I've also been looking for a jumper of mine but can't find it anywhereStarting to think I might of charity shopped it which is quite annoying though obviously a good cause.
DD2 has been fed and watered so now I'm off to hoover the stairs and landing, I hate that job, I normally get DD2 to do it

Bossy I have tried to crochet a granny square but am failingcan I change my challenge to make myself a dress? I'm going to an evening class and hope to complete it by christmas.
Have a great week all
Deco x
Hi Deco - When you say a granny square, do you mean the ones with different colours, the sort that are usually done for blankets? If so, can I help in any way? I've got over 200 of them and one day will sit down and sew/crochet them together (that's a Toots list item).0 -
Bathroom cleaned.
Downstairs loo cleaned.
Downstairs hoovered through.
Not got the energy to do much more. Not used to no sleep. How do you do it pigpen?!
Has Lamewolf been around recently? I may have just missed her. Hope she's ok.

Magical Monday - Barnacled Bathroom and Powder Room
Woohoo done! :j
Hi everybody
Thanks Natty for the list this week.
First week of flying in the new house, wonder how long the excitement will last? :rotfl:
Back to the desk job today so won't be able to get much done flying wise till this evening but I did contact the local authority to make sure they have the new contact address for the landlord registry and sent the tenants deposit to the appropriate gov scheme (and gave them new contact address too!). Am also away to spend the last of my lunch break putting together a wee house warming invite to send out.
Did read through the thread but lost track of who said whatsure I'll start remembering everyones names at some point!
Well done to the OH for getting the postie job, that's great news. Sorry to the DD who had troubles with fights, some people need to learn to ask questions then act and not the other way around.
Need to go look at the end of last weeks thread still!
hugs to those feeling poorly or having a tough time and spoons to those in need.
Oh I've managed to catch most acronyms on here but why on earth is everyone eating frogs? They seem a bit slimy to me :rotfl:
