Haven't caught up with the thread again, sorry. :o Hugs, spoons, vibes, sticks and coffees to all.

I wanted a lie in this morning. My body clock decided 5am was a good time to wake up. I tossed and turned trying to get back to sleep until 6.30 then got up :( All week I've been struggling to get out of bed before 7am and my one chance at as late a lie-in as I want I wake up before a school-day time :mad: I wouldn't mind but it was gone midnight before I managed to get to sleep.

Anyways, today I plan on watching all my films/programs I've recorded before DD gets home tomorrow and starts working her way through her programs (going back to 15th Sept as she's been so busy with homework!). I've told her anything not watched by the time she goes back to school is getting deleted. I need to 'format' the hard drive on the freeview box as its sulking again. :( Meanwhile I'm going to work my way through Mount Washmore. All DD's bedding needs washing, but if I don't get round to the quilt/pillow/blankets I'll just do it when she's next away. She's hardly here of a weekend now until January  By the time you take out her trips away to stay with Ex, days she's at school, days she spends with Ex, she is going to be home for 5 whole days after half term until she breaks up for Christmas then she will probably go away Boxing Day for a few days if not until next year! And she wonders why I start the Christmas Shopping in the October half term :rotfl::rotfl:

Off to juggle washing and I might just make myself another coffee. ;)

ah but worse here. DS2 got very drunk for the first time yesterday, we are talking not able to walk drunk! His friends were great and DH went and got him and his mate, a hangover from h£ll will hopefully ensue today. I got back to sleep at 4:30am after dragging him back from the bathroom where he had fallen asleep

DH away taking DS3 to squash and to the DIY store. DS3 has a party a good 30 minutes drive away at lunchtime so I need to have a shower and then pop to Mr S before picking him up from squash and taking him to the party. DH has a radiator to connect and DS1 will be helping as it is his room, I may just stay out for a few hours.

DS2 will be on leaf sweeping duty from the huge Horse Chestnuts outside our house at some point this weekend as community service.

    WM is on.

When we were young, childless and broke we used to spend time in our local B&Q playing with the musical doorbells..... our favourite one to set off was the one that played the Australian national anthem......

CY When we were young, with children and broke we used to take them to the recycling centre to throw the empty bottles in for entertainment. In the days before doorstep collection (and health & safety)- weren't we good?!! Those were the days!

Well I didn't get up till 8.15 today so am still in my dressing gown. But I have already sorted fridge/freezers, done a meal plan for the week and shopping list, so once this cuppa is done, I will get moving. I have to:

Go to vet for more meds for SickDog (much improved now)
    Do local shop
    Hoover through house

And I would like to get out in the garden today so I hope the rain holds off.

    Have a great day everyone.

Going for a new approach today - I won't sit down. The only rooms that look decent are the bathroom and the kitchen and that is due to the dailies. Everywhere else has been hit by hurricane Roxy.

Will be checking in on everyone and doing HHC followed by 15 mins baby time, grumbles and feeding aside.
