Am all cosy now and I don't care if I've had heating on. I am unbearable when I am cold. Kids say I am a nightmare. Once I am cold it takes me forever to heat up which is strange for a fat bird :rotfl:

What age is your son RR? Mine is 16 and has really only started bathing of his own accord in the last year lol. I remember him coming down one time after a shower a couple of years ago and he still had a huge dollop of shampoo on his hair he was so lazy in the shower. I couldn't believe it . Eejit!! He is growing his hair and it's a mess but hey I am just his old Mum..... I know nothing!!

My 11DS is a nightmare. He was growing his hair and if I didnt help it was bareky touched in the shower and just getting him in the shower was a task in its self, thankfully hes had a haircut and gone much shorter.

Ref heating I was inspired by martin's show last night and checked up on my tariff and im on the best top 6 deal :j. Also rang sky and got 15 off for 3 months :money::. Both still cost a fortune though!

Oh and try having a 16 yo DD who spends an hour at keast getting ready before leaving the house. MIT I dont know if your DD is tge sane. That and bith Dds using tonnes of deodorant and razors eek

KP I have a 19yr old DD who uses all my stuff. She drives me nuts. She's working and I have tried telling her she needs to buy her own toiletries but so far it is a hit and miss.

Housework day today folks and last day before diet starts :eek:

I need to do the housework as not been done properly since before Christmas. Nearly finished downstairs and upstairs kids have been told to get their rooms ready for polishing and hoovering so really just the bathroom to get done and beds changed.

The washing machine is on already doing the sheets from my bed.

DD is away out to help paint her BF's Fathers new office. He is starting a new business and she is helping them out. She is going to Aldi for fruit for us for during the week and taking some flowers up to her Gran's grave. Hopefully it will not be too costly in Aldi but I have asked her to get me 2 packs of mince as I intend to make some chilli for her and I and I will make extra to freeze. Hopefully the last week of the month I can then have a freezer week and it will still be all nice and healthy food

Going to get DS out into the garden to do a clear up job before I get the floors steam cleaned as no doubt he will trail mud all through the house. For some reason all the local rubbish seems to end up in our garden !!

Struggled today motivation wise.....

Have hoovered and mopped floors and stuck a chicken in the oven...all very feeble I'm afraid

Have stripped my bed and now have to get the motivation to fix it up again!:rotfl:

Mine is 16 and growing by the minute. He is a human termite.

Well I have gutted downstairs, Hoovered the hall, cleaned the bathroom and then noticed by cod tap was working on my bath ( after about 3 years not working) so I celebrated with lots of yummy smelly bath salts and lay in the bath for about an hour. Awesome. So now hoover is at top of the stairs and kids can finish it off as I am going into curry queen mode in a minute and making some chicken korma for dinner *slurp*

RR I'm glad I cheer you up. We all need a wee laugh. I'm always shouting I'm not your bloody slave !! Not a beggar takes me on though. I just get the faces and moan moan moan. Then I lose the rag and they run about daft doing everything I've asked . I'm too damn soft


Well my brand new boiler has BROKEN DOWN :mad::mad::mad::mad: I am furious. I have been trying to call the guy since the beginning of December to come and fix it as it has been leaking and he is not replying to any of my messages. I could cry. My resilience is rebelling. I canny cope without heat. I swear I will park myself outside his door if he doesn't answer me tomorrow as I am at breaking point. I haven't even paid for it yet but he has had his money !! So angry.

I'm away to eat cake
